If you are a new customer, instructions on what to enter as your initial PIN are contained in your enrollment or new account materials. When you telephone Customer Service, do not attempt to enter your SS# and PIN - Select (1) for English or (2) for Spanish, press '0' and the '#' key or simply stay on the line and wait for a representative to answer.
